I think actually, I might be more excited about this birthday party than Ya-Ya is. I have never had the opportunity to pull out all the stops for a birthday party. Most of ours growing up were more or less just family affairs... and up until now that's pretty much how my kids' birthdays have been. Just us boring parents and a few more adults: aunts, uncles, grandparents. Not that all of those aren't really special people... don't get me wrong.
I am just so stoked to be able to put together something that she and her friends will enjoy and that hopefully she will remember for years to come.
